MEMBERSHIP
Monthly memberships are automatically renewed monthly from the date of your first e-mail. Two week trials become monthly memberships after a period of 2 weeks. One year memberships are not automatically renewed. Members will continue to be re-billed until their account is cancelled. There are no refunds on subscriptions. Liquid-Cash reserves the right to terminate membership at its discretion. Possible reasons for termination include, but are not limited to: unresolved payment issues or any unauthorized redistribution of any Liquid-Cash.com content or daily emails. Liquid-Cash reserves the right to limit membership. Price is guaranteed as long as a member does not have service interrupted. If you do not wish to continue beyond your subscription, it is your responsibility to email us and let us know that you would like to cancel . If you choose to continue, payment for the appropriate services will be made by automatic credit card debit. Once you are an active member, your account will be renewed automatically. Until this agreement is canceled by utilizing the "Cancel Subscription" button , you are authorizing Liquid-Cash to charge your credit card to pay for the ongoing cost of membership. We absolutely and positively honor all cancellation requests. There are no contracts or time obligations associated with our service. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time by either party. When termination is requested by a member, subscription fees already paid are not refunded. Rather, the current subscription will run its course to the end of the current billing cycle, at which point the subscription would then become inactive and the account canceled. Cancellation of service is not official until subscriber receives an email confirmation from Pay-Pal and if your request is not answered in 1 business day, you will need to email us at infor@liquid-csah.com

AUTO-TRADING
Auto-Trading is an agreement between members and their brokers. It is solely the member’s responsibility to notify the broker of any and all changes to their account. Liquid-Cash does not endorse any specific brokerage firm.

Liquid-Cash liability, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall be limited in the aggregate to direct and actual damages not to exceed the fees received by Liquid-Cash from the Subscriber. Liquid-Cash will not be liable for consequential, incidental, punitive, special, exemplary or indirect damages resulting directly or indirectly from the use of or reliance upon any material provided by Liquid-Cash. Without limitation, Liquid-Cash shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damages related to, either directly or indirectly, (1) any decline in market value or loss of any investment; (2) a member's inability to use or any delay in accessing Liquid-Cash web site or any other source of material provided by Liquid-Cash; (3) any absence of material on Liquid-Cash web site; (4) Liquid-Cash failure to deliver or delay in delivering any material or (5) any kind of error in transmission of material. Liquid-Cash and Subscriber acknowledge that, without limitation, the above enumerated conditions cannot be the probable result of any breach of any agreement between Liquid-Cash and Subscriber.
