Trading Rules
1) Diversification: Liquid-Cash's portfolio is divided between seven different stocks. This diversification allows our portfolio to be protected in case of unexpected moves in any particular stock.
2) Trailing Stops: Stop-loss orders are entered with each open trade. When an open order is placed, a “piggy back” trailing stop order (15% maximum) is entered to protect our capital in case the trade goes against us. The stop-loss limits are updated on a daily basis if the stock makes a new high (if we are long) or a new low (if we are short).
